Every year in September, the enchanting San Vito Lo Capo, a seaside village in Sicily, hosts the Cous Cous Fest.

This Festival was born in 1998 and the star of the show is cous cous: a simple and basic dish of Mediterranean cuisine, which for centuries has belonged to the gastronomic culture of Sicily.

Cous cous is called the “dish of peace” because it has the ability to bring different and distant peoples and cultures together. In fact, the Cous Cous Fest hosts chefs from all over the world and, in addition to the Sicilian cous cous based on fish, it is possible to taste numerous foreign variations. Which will be the best?

In short, ten days of cultural exchange and integration, full of gastronomic competitions, tastings, cooking lessons for adults and children, concerts and talk shows.

We can organize a tour of the historic cities of Sicily for your group and, after an excursion to Etna and a boat trip, end the day right at the Cous Cous Fest!
