Naples and the Amalfi Coast
See Naples and die. The beauty is so intense that it will leave you breathless. Naples is a city that many know but not many understand, without a doubt, unique as far as culture, folklore, coastline and citizens, with the noisy markets, busy port and fantsastic sea views.
The Amalfi coast: the mountains that drop down towards the sea with the windy roads alongside the terraced hills that the locals have looked after for centuries. A coastline that gives unforgettable views around each corner and the smell of the sea or some incredible food that is being prepared.
At first approach yourself to the grand classics of Naples: Castel Sant’Elmo, the San Carlo Theatre, the Royal Palace, Piazza del Plebiscito, Castel dell’Ovo and Maschio Angioino. Than visit the imperdible Spaccanapoli, the Chapel of San Severo and the Vieled Christ, the Cloister of Santa Chiara, the San Gennaro Catacombs and the Capodimonte Museum.
Pompei and Ercolano are both attractive sights that that offer the most detailed look inside what life was like in Ancient Rome more that 2000 years ago. Our groups are always enthusiastic when they have a chance of an exclusive tour with an expert guide. For bigger groups we have also organized dinner inside Pompei!
The coast needs to be explored! First stop will be Vietri, with its interesting museum dedicated to ceramics, and then Cetara – here you can discover the secret of the famous anchovies that are produced there. No trip to the coast would be complete without a visit to Positano, to enjoy the views, boutiques, crystal clear sea and great night life!
Cooking lessons are always fun for groups and an opportunity to learn how to make a Napolitan pizza is always a winner!
