Trento- 3 Days
A tented structure to be built on the area in front of the clients headquarters, over 1200 square metres of space and flexible enough to have the layout transformed every day. This was the challenge given to MZ Incentive by their client, one of the biggest insurance companies in Italy. The request was for the organization of a celebrative convention, planned to be held in Trento- Trentino Alto Adige in March.
The first evening was dedicated to subagents, and began with a buffet dinner based on the food from the Emilia region of Italy, slow cooked meats and vegetarian alternative gourmet dishes and served in a lounge atmosphere. Luminous butterflies (performers on stilts) welcomed guests on arrival and a contortionist followed by dancers, provided entertainment on the stage and then left the rest of the evening to the professional deejay that got the guest moving and dancing until the early hours.
The second day featured really enjoyable guided tours of selected museums ( MUSE- Science Museum, the G. Caproni Air Force Museum and the Buonconsiglio Castle Museum). The afternoon was then spent visiting local wineries. The cherry on the cake was the gala dinner, with the magical setting of imperial tables and a deejay set in the tented structure. The agents were the protagonists of the day.
The closing day was the enchanting Family Day where employees and their families enjoyed moments of conviviality spent in the special set up tented structure: buffet lunch, entertainment for children, play-station area and a fun x-box arena.
An innovative and beautiful location that allowed the client to organize a unique and memorable convention just a few steps away from their “base”.
