Gardone Riviera, Lake Garda - 4 days

We were thrilled to be involve in the organization of a unique and memorable event that was held in Gardone, Lake Garda this October.

The meeting had a scientific programme with international experts in plastic surgery on the faculty, and participants were from 12 countries.

The eternally charming Grand Hotel Gardone, was the location for the scientific programme and delightful coffee breaks and lunches, were held in and around the lake shore terraces of the hotel.
The hotel was in exclusive use and the ground floor and hall were transformed into immersive rooms to celebrate and showcase their new products. The Russian female federation of chess was also present, with an oversized chess board and lessons from the champions for those who were interested.

A professional photographic studio was also set-up where the participants could have their portraits taken.

The highlights for the event however, were the two incredible evening events that were organized.
The first event was held in the Vittoriale open air museum park. This enchanting place is a group of buildings, streams and paths. A war ship is in the gardens, and the welcome cocktail was served on the warship before guests entered the amazing venue for dinner. An impressive greenhouse was built, especially for the event, in the area in front of the amphitheatre that is backlit by incredible Lake Garda. Mirrored imperial style tables were set and crystal chandeliers hung from the roof. Good food, and great wines were served and the guests had an amazing evening.

The second event was a charity event, held at a historical venue that combines history with some modern touches.  The evening had a theme of pink, and every guest had been required to wear something pink. A flower cart with coursage and buttonhole flowers took pride of place at the entrance. A cocktail with various tables set up with regional specialities preceded the formal dinner that was served inside. A local musician played classical songs with a twist on her electric violin added to the atmosphere and after dinner a deejay got most of the guests dancing on the stage to complete the evening.

It was an honour and a pleasure to have been involved in this event.
